Welcome to My IVy Nurse, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using this website — www.MyIVyNurse.com — or booking any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before use.


1. Scope of Services

My IVy Nurse, LLC provides mobile IV hydration, vitamin infusions, peptides, GLP-1 and wellness injections administered by licensed Registered Nurses under medical direction.
All services are intended to support hydration, wellness, and recovery — they do not replace medical treatment or diagnosis.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.


2. Eligibility for Services

To receive services, you must:

Be 18 years of age or older

Complete a telehealth Good Faith Exam (GFE) before receiving IV therapy annually or with any changes in medical condition 

Accurately complete all intake and consent forms, disclosing current health conditions, allergies, and medications.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services if treatment is not medically appropriate.


3. Booking & Payments

All appointments must be booked and paid through Square or another approved payment platform.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee.

Payment in full is required before or at the time of service.


4. Refunds & Cancellations

Because IV therapy involves clinical preparation and single-use supplies, refunds are not available once services are rendered.
Refunds before the appointment may be considered at our discretion in cases of advance cancellation.

If you experience an adverse reaction, please notify your provider immediately.


5. Health & Safety

All IV infusions are performed using sterile, single-use equipment.
Our staff follow all HIPAA, OSHA, and Virginia Board of Nursing standards for infection control and documentation.
Clients must remain seated or reclined during treatment and immediately inform their nurse of any discomfort or dizziness.


6. Telehealth Good Faith Exams

The GFE is conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform and is valid for one year.
This brief telehealth assessment determines your medical eligibility for treatment and ensures compliance with Virginia state regulations.


7. Privacy & Communication

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy.
By booking online or contacting us via text, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages.
You may opt out of promotional texts at any time by replying STOP.


8. Website Content

All website content — including text, graphics, and images — is owned by My IVy Nurse, LLC.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission is strictly prohibited.


9. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure safety, IV hydration therapy carries inherent medical risks.
By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that My IVy Nurse, LLC, its medical director, and staff are not liable for adverse reactions or outcomes arising from treatment.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on this page.
